My goodness! With so many options, what could go wrong? Either the broccoli or the cauliflower would be delicious roasted. Set the oven to 400F - 450F (depending on how brown you like it), and place florets in a baking dish with some olive oil, garlic (optional), salt, and pepper (optional). Roast for about 20-40 minutes. Just keep an eye on them for the brownness level you like. You can't really get it wrong. There are a thousand things you can do with potatoes: oven fries, baked potatoes, mashed potatoes, hash browns, etc. Here's a very cheap carrot soup recipe: http://www.bigoven.com/recipe/144479/cre... I've been making it for years. It's best with some crusty bread for dipping. Cabbage is good baked. Corn on the cob is good grilled. Raw tomato is good sliced on some good bread, with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of salt (add fresh basil if you have it - optional). Tomatoes are also yummy baked. Here's one way to do it: http://thevegetarianbonvivant.wordpress.... When I have grape or cherry tomatoes (any small tomatoes), I just bake them whole with a drizzle of olive oil, with garlic optional. Chopped, fresh basil can be added at the end. Tofu can be made into tofu scramble for a yummy breakfast, with toast. You can add spinach, green onion, celery, and/or other vegetables to the scramble. You can make a stir fry out of cabbage, broccoli, tofu, bell pepper, bamboo shoots, and/or other vegetables. The black beans can be cooked with cumin and/or other spices, along with bell pepper, onions, and garlic (optional) and served with chopped tomato and sliced green onion on top. Serve with rice, bread, or cornbread. It sounds like you're living the high life in Baguio, with so many choices. Enjoy!pasta, salad

When I was younger I HATED veggies, and still now, I only like them raw..like in salads. I read that your taste buds change every 7 years, so maybe as you get older you'll grow fonder of certain vegetables.what colour is broccoli ? Green.... Most green veg is kinda bitter tasting compared to other veg. Other veg has a more sweet taste instead of bitter.

    1. Shepherd's pie (Corn, peas, carrots, potatoes) 2. Vegetable soup ( Potatoes, onions, carrots, peas, corn, green beans, tomatoes.) 3.Gazpacho (tomatoes, peppers, onions blended together) Hope this helps! :)I'm thinking Chili (leave the pickles and lettuce for a side if you want). A Thai or Indian curry would be nice too. Maybe a nice sandwich spread with the pickles and lettuce as a topper. Good luck:)

I was going to try to explain how to do this (without a recipe) but then decided it'd be way easier to just give you a link--plus it has a picture of the finished product. Don't be intimidated, it's really really easy. http://www.reluctantgourmet.com/blog/sea...

I checked them for you. All values for 100g each except parsley-19g. (Because 100g parsley is too much) Hope it helps.
