How can I get myself up in the morning to workout?

Description:
I have school and I usually wake up at 6am. But I want to wake up at 5am and exercise. first off, my alaram clock doesnt work, so any tips for waking up earlier 2. Will I lose weight easier or would it help if i workout in the morning and mid afternoon?

    6 or 6:30 are both good time for you to wake up since you are not really a late nighter. Humans are most active in the morning (if you sleep before midnight).

    I suggest trying to wake up as early as possible. Then I suggest doing activities throughout the day that will tire you out physically. Running, sports, etc. You will be exhausted and sleep early, and everything should be fixed.

    Create a new habiot the way you created your current bad sleeping habit.Tire yourself out, start waking up earlier. Set a alarm earlier by like 30 min every day. Do more things/ drink less things with sugar at the end of the day.

    Get one of those traditional alarm clocks.I swear you will NEVER sleep in with one of these. The sound is so loud that it wakes you up instantly. Here is a picture of it:You are over exerting yourself, getting very little sleep, AND waking up EXTREMELY early. You make have to shorten your gym time to compensate for having to wake up so early. you could sleep with headphones (very loud ones) and choose an annoying alarm, like a screeching siren. That will get you up. Once your up you will find that you want to go back to bed DONT. jump in the shower and pour cold water on yourself. Do this until your body adjusts to the sleep change, you will wake up closer o the time you want, and fall asleep when you need to rest. As for the gym you may want to cut back. Maybe a few days a week or even the weekend. Changing your sleep/awake schedule can be difficult and spending extra energy that you may not have will make it worse. this sleep change will take you no more then 2 weeks before you can wake up before or when your alarm goes off.

    Step 1. Find plug away from your bed. Step 2. Plug alarm into the plug that is far from bed. Step 3. Put volume on high. You will have to get up to turn it off.

    http://onlineclock.netTake vitamins! They work really well, you'll find that you sleep better and wake up easier. Multi vitamins are good, but the orangy vitamin tablets you take once a day and put in water are good too. They worked really well for me but I couldn't stand the taste for long.

    the reason for this is not enough carbs in the morning. my advice eat some high carb meals before and after the gym. just not before bedtime.The carb/nutrition suggestion is a great idea, but the best shorter term would be to alter your workout time if you can. If you can nap in the afternoon, then it must mean you have the time free. Use this time to work out instead of the morning. The workout will calm you down, but give you an energy boost at the same time. Chances are you will get tired at a more reasonable time this way. If your diet is decent, I recommend changing the time. I cant workout in the morning for the same reasons. In fact, I get so tired I don't do my homework. Im a broke grad student who cant afford as healthy of a diet as required. But if you cant alter your workout time, set your alarm when you nap for 15-20 min, just enough to refresh your energy.

    If you really want to wake up early in the morning you must Strong will power. If you decide to wake up then non can stop to do so.Put your alarm clock on the other side of the room, it makes you get up. Then stick one in another room that's about 10 seconds behind it. (Ex: in the bathroom) You'll be getting ready to workout in no time :)
