Classic Tiramisu 16 oz. mascarpone cheese , softened 1 c. 10x sugar 1 c. part skim ricotta cheese , softened 1 1/2 c. whipped topping , thawed 1/2 c. strong brewed coffee , cooled 1/4 c. coffee liqueur 2 loaf pound cakes 2 tsp. cocoa powder In lg bowl beat mascarpone and powdered sugar until blended . Fold in ricotta and whipped topping ; set aside . In a cup or small bowl combine coffee and liqueur ; set aside . Slice each pound cake into 12 slices . Line the bottom of an 9 " square pan with 8 slices cake . Using a brush , brush a quarter cup of coffee mix across slices evenly . Spread a third of the cheese mixture across slices evenly . Repeat the layers of cake , coffee and cheese . Cover and refrigerate ar least 2 hours .
