    Hello. I have two favorites and I listed the recipes below: Baked Potato Salad 1 bag of red potatoes 5-6 stems of green onions sliced 1 stalk of celery, diced ½ package of bacon, cooked and in pieces 3 eggs, hard boiled, chopped Mayonnaise Mustard 2 tbsp sour cream 2 teaspoons pickle juice Salt & pepper 1) Quarter potatoes and boil in water until done. 2) Drain potatoes and place in large bowl. Draw a knife across the potatoes to slightly mash them, but leave them chunky. 3) Add green onions, celery, bacon, eggs. 4) Add pickle juice, sour cream, mayo, and mustard until it is the right consistency. 5) Stir in the salt and pepper 6) Refrigerate until cold -------------------------------------- Crunchy Cabbage Salad 1 green cabbage head, shredded 1 red cabbage head, shredded 1-2 carrots, finely shredded 6-8 green onions, sliced Sesame seeds Cilantro – optional Sesame or Olive oil Apple cider vinegar Rice wine vinegar Balsamic vinegar Sugar/honey Salt & pepper 1) Toast sesame seeds in dry, unoiled pan until ready. 2) Make dressing and set aside 3) Add dressing when ready to serve and sprinkle sesame seeds to finish off.chicken pesto pasta salad

    pasta saladMy friend's Mom makes this amazing broccoli cornbread casserole. It's basically cornbread, some corn kernels, broccoli, onions, celery, and lots of cheese. It's WONDERFUL.

    (m) Chillin' Out Pasta Salad 8 ounces (21/2 cups) medium shell pasta 1 (8-ounce) carton plain nonfat yogurt (1 cup) 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard 2 tablespoons salt-free herb seasoning 11/2 cups chopped celery 1 cup sliced green onion 1 pound cooked small shrimp 3 cups coarsely chopped tomatoes (about 3 large) Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain; cool. In a large bowl, stir together yogurt, mustard, and herb seasoning. Add pasta, celery, and onion; mix well. Chill at least 2 hours. Just before serving, stir in shrimp and tomatoes.     PASTA SALAD (4 - 6 Servings) 12 oz. pork luncheon meat 2 celery stalks 2 red-skinned apples 4 sweet dilled pickles 2 cups cooked pasta (shells, spirals or bows) 1/4 cup sliced stuffed olives 2 anchovy fillets (option) 2/3 cup mayonnaise 1 tsp. soy sauce juice of 1 lemon 1/2 tsp. salt pinch cayenne pepper 1 tsp. apple pie spice Slice luncheon meat and celery. Core and slice apples and slice pickles. Mix together pasta, meat, olives, celery, apples and pickles. Chop anchovy fillets (optional) - add to following: Combine mayonnaise, soy sauce, lemon juice and seasonings. Chill lightly before serving with pasta salad. Good luck...Cook spiral pasta, 1 bag. While cooking, chop up the following veges.: red onion ( to taste) gr. pepper (half) 2 med tomatoes or sun-dried toms. After pasta is cooked/cools, in seving bowl,mix with veges., add cut up pieces of 2 mozzarella cheese sticks or grated parmesan & a can of sliced black olives, mix with vinagarette dressing, balsamic, etc. Enjoy, pretty easy too!

    Add a cheese that you like. I love blue cheese and gorgonzola. You can add some red or yellow bell peppers too. Mushrooms if you like them.CELERY!!! and diced orange pepper with balsamic vinegar dressing (vinegar, olive oil, mustard powder, salt and pepper) maybe take the carrot out and put in with the rice, with grated courgette+peas+broccoli? Sounds weird, but I like it with chopped up spicy burger in it instead of chicken.

    olives celery maybe yellow or orange pepperred/green/orange pepper cut some lemons you could also chop mint or coriander and sprinkle it on top just for an extra fresh flavor. you could do some olives, but I don't think it meshes too well with all of the other ingredients. I would leave it alone or just add peppers to make it colorful and to keep it simple. that sounds yummy as it is, and you want to overpower your yummy pilau with a salad! Good Luck! : )
