How to make a Napoleon cake?

I need to make a Napoleon cake for French and don't know where to find a complete recipe .... Does anyone know it ?

    French Meat Pie 9 x inch pie shells, not baked 2 1/2 lb ground chuck (1/2 ground pork if you like) 1 sm onion finely chopped* 1/4 tsp pepper 1 tsp salt 1 x chopped clove garlic* 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp ground cloves Combine all but the pie shells in a heavy saucepan, just cover with boiling water. Cook slowly until meat loses its pink color and water has evaporated by half. Remove from heat and stir in enough dry bread crumbs to make a moist mixture. ( 1/2 to 3/4 cup). Pour into 2 - 9" pie shells, cover with top crust, flute edges and cut steam vents in top. Bake in preheated oven at 450 for about 30 minutes. (425 for glass pans) *You can substitute 2 tbsp dry onion and 1/2 tsp. dried garlic for freshTourtière à mon arrière grand-mère Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 clove garlic -- minced per pound of meat 1 pound ground pork -- not too lean (more than 10%) one small onion -- minced 1/2 tsp salt white pepper/savory/ground cloves -- roughly 1/4 tsp per lb. water -- (as much as fits into your hand ) Sauté the meat gently until it is lightly browned, no pink, and very little liquid is left (if it looks like it will cook too long while waiting for the liquid to evaporate, drain some it). Place into prepared pie plates. Bake in 350F oven for 30-45 minutes, until surface is browned. Serve with pickled beets.

    chocolaye salty balls is nice one...I do a rustic French tart that is easy and quick. all you need is some thawed frozen puff pastry, preheat the oven according to the package directions. Slice a nice tart apple(about 4 large Granny Smiths will work) into thin slices , don't worry about the size much this is a rustic tart. Unfold the dough and give it a quick roll on a floured surface. transfer the pastry to a lightly greased pan. arrange the apple slices from the center of the dough out to about 3 or 4 inches from the edge. Sprinkle a mixture of cinnamon and sugar on the apples to taste. fold the edges up over the apples working around the tart making it into a rough circle. Brush the exposed dough with an egg wash and sprinkle more sugar on it. place in the oven and bake for 25 min or till brown and crispy.
