preheat oven to 400 degrees. Stab the potatoe about 6 times with a fork (make sure its washed off first). then cook it for 45-55 minutes. just a side note- if you cook it in a microwave it will be done in about 5 minutes. The instructions are in the name really, simply put the potato in the oven. A temperature of 375 to 400 for 30-45 minutes should do you just fine, depending on the size of the potato. DO NOT POKE HOLES OR WRAP THEM! Both of these poor suggestions will only serve to dry out your potato. The already come with a skin, just throw them on the rack. Happy eating!

I wash the potato first, don't pierce with a fork- rub over with olive oil and then sprinkle with sea salt. Wrap in a little foil for the first part of cooking and remove foil half an hour from the end. When you get them out of the oven wrap in a tea towel or kitchen towel roll and hit with a wooden spoon- this apparently causes the steam in the potato to push through the potato flesh making it fluffy!! If you had pierced it to start with this wont work! Open up as a regular potato and then add lashings of salt pepper and fresh butter!First wash it in warm water while doing this pre-heat the oven for 5 minutes then wrapped potato in a foil then put potato in a tray or firex for 450% for 25 minutes then 350% for 20 minutes then poked potato to make sure it soft and everything is cook. Good luck

Twice baked are the only way to go. Bake the potatoes until they're just barely done, then scoop out the insides into a bowl, brush the little potato skin boats with oil and put them back on the baking sheet. Then mix up the insides with sour cream, butter, cheddar cheese and chives. Put the mixture back into the potato skins and bake until the tops start to brown.Wash them, poke holes in them, wrap them in plastic warp, then nuke them for 3 minutes on each side

Wash well, coat with a good quality olive oil & sea salt, I like the large crystals. If I want a crispy skin then in the oven they go. If I'm looking for a "softer" version, I wrap them in foil. Usually about an hour

350 does it. Test with a toothpick. Time depends on size, larger potatoes = more time.wash-stick a fork in for holes-bake for 1 hour at 350
