I would think it depends heavily on where you live as not all restaurants are available everywhere. Google it.Anywhere if you're a vegetarian.... for vegans: most pizza chains will deliver cheeseless pizzas.

Chipotle is pretty good for vegans. The black beans, salsas, tortillas, and taco shells are all vegan. The pinto beans are made with bacon, so avoid them. Moe's Southwest Grill is quite vegan friendly and offers tofu as a topping. P.F. Changs has vegan options, but I haven't been there. There's a function on iPod Touch called VeganXpress that will tell you vegan options at chain places. Or you can google "vegan fast food" for more information.

Why don't you attempt to discover a true Italian cafe? One that doesn't use cheap & artificial ingredients (Olive Garden doesn't even use olive oil in their dressing!).Seafood Alfredo baby!

Eastern Asia? Where? Anyway...get some regular mac, then make condensed soup and pour it over the mac. For tomato soup, look for Campbell's. Should have.Wcanoodle's baked mac and cheese is what I use; you can also sub cubed Velveeta in that, and add a bit of minced onion for flavor. Salt and pepper are essential. Alternative topping, sliced fresh tomatoes before going to the oven. Really easy to do.

you can get a pretty decent vegetable base at any supermarket. Or, you can make your own base by cooking onions, carrots, celery, tomatoes, garlic, etc. Just put in a pot with enough water to cover. Bring to boil and then down to a simmer. Cook for at least 1 hour. Strain and discard the vegetables. Add fresh vegetables and cook until vegetables are crisp-tender (about 10 minutes max) and add vegi meat.... Enjoy!why post here there is a V&V catagory
