INGREDIENTS: 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup butter, softened 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 2 eggs 3/4 teaspoon salt 1/3 cup white sugar 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips DIRECTIONS: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking pan. Melt white chocolate and butter in the top of a double boiler, over barely simmering water. Stir occasionally until smooth. Set aside to cool. 2. In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, beat eggs until foamy. With the mixer still running, gradually add the sugar and vanilla. Drizzle in the melted white chocolate mixture. Combine the flour and salt; fold into the white chocolate mixture using a rubber spatula or wooden spoon. Fold in chocolate chips. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan. 3. Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool pan on a wire rack before cutting into bars. Take the extra cheese you did not use and put it the refrigerator for later. Put chocolate flavored almond bark onto a plate. Put only as much as you think you would eat. Chocolate Cookie Bark Recipe Ingredients: 1 package (8 square size) semi-sweet baking chocolate 1 package (6 square size) premium white baking chocolate 2 tablespoons peanut butter 10 chocolate sandwich cookies Directions: Place semi-sweet chocolate and white chocolate in separate medium microwaveable bowls. Microwave until completely melted, following directions on package. Add peanut butter to white chocolate; stir until well blended. Crumble half the cookies over chocolate in each bowl; mix well. Drop spoonfuls of the chocolate mixtures onto wax paper-covered baking sheet, alternating the colors of the chocolates. Cut through chocolate mixtures several times with knife for marble effect. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until firm. Break into pieces. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.

You could just add white chocolate chips to them. but here are a couple recipes I found since you did not ask for Blondie recipes White Chocolate Brownies Ingredients 1/2 cup white sugar pinch of salt 2 large eggs 8 oz white chocolate chips 8 oz semi sweet chocolate chips 1/2 cup (1 stick) of unsalted butter 1/2 tsp vanilla extract--best if use real vanilla 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup all purpose flour Directions **FOLLOW RECIPE AS WRITTEN** Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease an 8 inch square baking pan. Line bottom w/ foil and lightly grease the foil. Set pan aside. In a heavy sauce pan, melt butter over low heat. Remove from heat and add 1/2 white chocolate. (DO NOT STIR) In a large bowl, beat eggs and salt (pinch) until frothy. (Use an electric mixer). Gradually add sugar, beating until pale yellow and a slowly dissolving ribbon forms when beaters are lifted. Add butter mixture, vanilla, and the 1/2 tsp of salt. Add flour and mix until combined. Still in semi sweet chocolate and remaining white chocolate. or Ingredients: 1 cup butter 12 ounces good-quality white chocolate, chopped 3 cups all-purpose flour 2 cups granulated sugar 1 teaspoon salt 5 eggs 1/3 cup half-and-half Vanilla ice cream Purchased caramel sauce (see note) ***WHITE-CHOCOLATE SAUCE*** 6 ounces white chocolate, chopped 1 1/2 tablespoon butter 1/4 cup half-and-half Directions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 9-by-13-inch pan. Use a double boiler to slowly melt together butter and white chocolate. In large bowl of electric mixer, stir together flour, sugar and salt. With mixer at low speed, beat in white-chocolate mixture, then eggs and half-and-half; beat just until blended. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 20 minutes, then reduce oven to 325 degrees and bake about 12 minutes more, until lightly browned and set in center (see tester's note). Let cool in pan on a rack 30 minutes.
