    1 c. vanilla yogurt 1 c. chopped fresh or frozen fruit (peaches, mangoes, berries) 1 banana 1/4-1/2 c. apple or orange juice ice (not needed if using frozen fruit)

    banana, vanilla ice cream, strawberries1 cup milk 1/2 cup banana or strawberry yogurt 1 tablespoon honey 1 banana, cubed Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Opt.- Add 1 cup ice before blending.

    mango cream smoothie vanilla protein powder (1 scoop) 1/2 cup frozen mangoes 2.5 cups soy milk 1 tbsp sugar you can also add a bit of silken tofu for more protein,or flax seeds or oat flakes if you want more fiber3/4 cup carnation or other liquid fat free dairy creamer-hazel nut or french vanilla 1/4 cup fat free milk 1 banana, 2-4 strawberries Ice Blend until smooth. You can leave out the strawberries. Or, you may substitute any fruit. I really like using crushed pineapple. The flavored creamer is really sweet so don't add a sweetener. Sometimes I add honey to this, but when I do I lessen the creamer and increase the milk.

    You take fruit (as many types as you want), milk, sugar and lemon juice (for this specific smoothie) You chop up the fruit in either halves or quarters(doesn't matter). Then you put them in a blender. You add the milk, sugar and juice. Blend it up and Voila! A delicious smoothie for you to enjoy :)If simple is your thing: Frozen fruit Water Honey. Blend. If creamy is your thing: Frozen or fresh fruit Plain or vanilla yogurt Honey Basically, you can do anything you want and it should turn out fine.

    I've been making these smoothies for years. They are simple to make and taste delicious. STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE One 16-oz. bag of frozen sweetened strawberries. Two 6- or 8-oz. cartons of strawberry yogurt. One and a half cups of milk. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!!Blender half-full of frozen peaches, couple glugs of of OJ, cup or so of lowfat milk. Whirl.
